Main Venue
A bright, open setting where the building’s original textures meet clean finishes, creating an event venue with modern, upscale design that photographs beautifully.
- Key Features: Large, open footprint, dramatic ceiling lines, warm lighting, and a central bar presence.
- Capacity: Up to 450 seated guests, with additional standing room.
- Best for: Weddings and receptions, bar and bat mitzvahs, sweet sixteens, fundraising dinners, and large corporate celebrations.
Auditorium
A distinctive space with historic seating and a stage-ready feel, ideal for moments that deserve focused attention.
- Key Features: Built-in seating, presentation-ready layout, and a strong sense of occasion.
- Capacity: 59 built-in, historic seats. We can accommodate up to 180 guests in this space, with additional seating available.
- Best for: Ceremonies, keynote remarks, lectures, company programs, and live performances.
Second-Floor Mezzanine with Breakout Bays
Private areas that work well for smaller guest counts, quieter portions of the day, or separate moments within a larger event plan.
- Key Features: Flexible layouts and a more intimate footprint for conversation-forward gatherings.
- Capacity: 30–40 per bay, with 150–200 total seats across the combined spaces.

Our Historic On-Site Bar
The bar is more than a service point. It’s a centerpiece, anchored by a restored 90-year-old mahogany main bar and a drink program that brings handcrafted flavor to every gathering. This is also where guests get a true “signature pour” experience, from artisan cocktails to future in-house spirits.
- A bar with roots: The first-floor main bar is over 90 years old, restored from Tuggie’s in Berwick, crafted from solid mahogany, and topped with white onyx featuring programmable, color-shifting lighting.
- Signature pours: Through our select partners, artisan bartenders craft cocktails for every occasion, soon to be complemented by our own in-house spirit line as the distillery comes to life.
- A familiar detail upstairs: A replica of the main bar appears on the second-floor mezzanine, creating continuity across the venue’s gathering spaces.
